Something similar can happen if you overuse this technique. You just need to improve the look of your current colour.

There are many people who make the mistake of having too many treatments and once they notice the first good results, they want to perform this procedure on a regular basis. Frequent teeth whitening can result in permanent damage and increased sensitivity.

No matter if you are using the help of your dentist or you use commercial strips at your home, the ingredients used in teeth whitening procedures are the same. Hydrogen peroxide is the basis of this procedure.

#4. Don’t ignore the signs of sensitivity

While we are talking about sensitivity, it is good to mention that about 10% of people notice sensitivity when the treatments are finished. This is a natural reaction to hydrogen peroxide that should be gone in less than one day. If the problem continues, use tooth pastes for sensitivity and stay away from cold and hot foods.

Wisdom tooth removal.

I had my lower wisdom tooth removed. To say that I was a nervous patient was an understatement. The dentist was very understanding and explained the process in stages where I could ask questions. Even though I was really panicking inside the staff had a true sense of calm and the tooth removal was quick and uneventful. I originally wanted sedation but felt confident to go without.
