 HOME MADE BURGERS
Ingredients :
Minced beef (500g serves 4) 1 Onion
4 Sun dried tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Method:
1. Finely slice the onion.
2. Cook onion until brown in 1 cal spray.
Place to one side to cool.
3. Finely chop sun dried tomatoes and basil.
4. Empty minced beef into large mixing bowl and
add cooked onion, sun dried tomatoes and basil,
Wash hands thoroughly before mixing raw ingredients together.
5. Once mixed together get a round pastry cutter to mold your burgers.
6. Add burgers into a lightly oiled pan and cook slowly on a low heat.
7. Place on bun and garnish
(You can use novelty cutters if you fancy creating something a bit more fun)
TIP: Don’t turn your burger until the bottom crisps. This will stop them from falling apart. Check it is cooked by cutting 1 burger in half to check it is brown all the way through.
