 Crispy Chicken
(serves 2)
Ingredients :
2 small chicken breasts (or packet of mini fillets) Honey
1 Cup of rice crispy cereal
Method:
1. Cut the small chicken breast into two
2. Brush lightly with honey
3. Place rice crispies into a bowl and dip the
chicken in, covering completely
4. Place the chicken on a baking tray
5. Cook for approx 20 mins on 180 degrees
(cut in the middle to check meat is white and cooked)
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with broccoli and sweetcorn
