This is a one-off promotional event offering 50% off composite bonding treatment. The offer is only valid for patients who attend a consultation on Wednesday 10th December and provide full consent to be filmed during both the consultation and the treatment process.

2. Filming & Consent

Participation in this offer is strictly limited to individuals who:

Provide written consent to be filmed and photographed during both the consultation and treatment stages.

Understand that content may be used for marketing and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and promotional materials.

3. Treatment Day

The actual treatment will be carried out on a date to be confirmed.

Due to filming requirements, limited flexibility will be available regarding treatment scheduling. All selected patients must be available for treatment on the scheduled filming day.

4. Eligibility

Eligibility for treatment will be determined during a free consultation on Wednesday 10th December.

There is no guarantee that composite bonding will be suitable for every patient.

Final decisions regarding treatment suitability is at the discretion of Dr. Harsharn Mudhar

5. Consultation Deposit

A £25 refundable deposit is required to secure the consultation appointment.

The deposit will be fully refunded under the following conditions:

You attend the consultation, regardless of whether you move forward with treatment.

You notify us of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance via email or text message.
